**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and modify **CMM inspection programs** using software like **PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar**:

- Perform **first article inspections (FAI), in-process, and final inspections** on precision components
- Interpret **GD&T and complex aerospace drawings** accurately
- Prepare and maintain **inspection reports, deviation logs, and quality documentation**:

- Ensure **100% compliance** with aerospace standards and quality control protocols
- Identify and report non-conformities, assisting with root cause analysis
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain CMM machines and calibration standards

**Required Experience & Skills**
- **Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience** in CMM programming and operation
- Strong knowledge of **PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent CMM software**:

- Proficiency in **GD&T interpretation and use of measuring instruments**:

- Experience in **aerospace / precision machining industry** preferred
- Understanding of **ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards**:

- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work in shifts and under tight deadlines

**Educational Qualification**
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Tool Engineering or related field
- Aerospace or precision component background
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- **Immediate Joiners preferred** (Notice period must not exceed **15 days**)
