**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.

Assist customers with inquiries and product-related information.

Process sales transactions efficiently using a cash register or POS system.

Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.

Issue receipts and correct change to customers.

Ensure the accuracy of transactions and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Stay updated on current promotions, discounts, and product information.

Maintain the security and confidentiality of all financial transactions.

Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth operation.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is a plus.

Strong mathematical and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction handling.

Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer service-oriented mindset.
