**Job responsibilities**

**PICK UP DROP DRIVER**

PICKUP

1. Pickup details to be taken from CRE one day before.

2. Calling the customer one hour before going to his destination and call him once reached.

3. Taking inventory on sheet and photos of vehicle along with the same.

4. Make sure customer takes out all his belongings and valuables from the car. SD card as well.

5. Taking Xerox of documents i.e RC and Insurance for safety reasons.

6. When reached workshop token to be taken which is made at the gate and submit to pickup drop CRE.

DROP

1. To follow up with the advisor for the car which is brought.

2. If the vehicle needs to be dropped same day to co-ordinate with the customer and call him before vehicle leaves the workshop.

3. Checking the cleaning of vehicle before leaving the workshop.

4. To check inventory once again to make sure no workshop damages.

5. To ask customer for mode of payment before leaving.

6. Handing over the vehicle to the customer

7. Taking feedback on DIS form.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
