**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, projects, and assignments aligned with the curriculum.
- Mentor students to enhance their technical, creative, and professional skills.
- Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate them into teaching methodologies.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and exhibitions to promote experiential learning.
- Engage in research and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in respective fields.
- Collaborate with the department on course design and accreditation processes.
- Participate in academic and administrative activities as required by the institution.

**Required Qualifications**:
**Assistant Professor**
- Master's degree in Fashion Design, Communication Design, Animation, or Luxury Product Design (or equivalent).
- Relevant industry or teaching experience (minimum 1-2 years).

**Associate Professor**
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional qualifications.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching or industry experience with a proven academic record.

**Professor**
- Ph.D. with substantial teaching, research, and industry experience (minimum 10 years).
- Published work in reputed journals or recognized contributions to the field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in relevant design and animation software (e.g., Adobe Suite, CorelDRAW, Maya).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster creativity and innovation in students.
- Team player with a student-centric approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹129,246.21 per month
