**Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for various goods and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- **Price Negotiation**:

- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and payment conditions with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- **Purchase Planning**:

- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and develop a purchase plan.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet production requirements.
- **Supplier Quality Assurance**:

- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant information.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
- **Cost Monitoring**:

- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Keep abreast of changes in market conditions that may affect procurement strategies.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the procurement process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations governing procurement activities.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Collaborate with the inventory team to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Implement effective inventory control measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with electric vehicle or automotive industry procurement practices (preferred).
- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
