About Ravine Hotel:
Ravine Hotel is Panchgani’s premier hill station resort, known for its luxury service, stunning valley views, and warm hospitality. We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests politely and present menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and setup of the dining area before and after service
- Assist in arranging buffet service and special functions
- Handle guest queries and feedback professionally
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per hotel policies
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
Requirements:

- Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Well-groomed, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
