**About the Role**:We’re looking for a visually sharp and versatile **Creative Designer** to join our design team at Gray Matrix. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality designs across UI/UX, branding, marketing, and motion deliverables. This role is perfect for a designer who enjoys both autonomy and creative collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design user-centric interfaces, product visuals, brand identities, decks, and social creatives.
- Translate briefs into clear and impactful design concepts with mínimal supervision.
- Contribute to wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and contribute to internal asset libraries.
- Participate in reviews, design critiques, and feedback loops with peers and leads.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 4-6 years of experience in digital/product design, UI/UX, or creative communication.
- Strong portfolio across web, app, social, and campaign design formats.
- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and awareness of motion or animation principles.
Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
