**Responsibilities**:

- To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like Canada, Australia, UK, etc.
- To explain about colleges and different courses.
- To explain about college and embassy fee structure.
- To convince and retain the customer in an effective manner.
- To provide the career counseling to the students in different fields.
- To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.
- Check the eligibility criterion and accuracy of the documents as per the respective educational institute requirement.
- Follow up with the students for admission and visa and resolving their concerns if any.
- Updating the student and branch staff about the regular updates of the college.
- Provide good customer service to all the students by resolving their queries and guide them on all steps from admission to post landing services.
- Maintain Student database to ensure proper follow-up for admission and visa stage.
- Taking care of assessments of branches as and when the need arises.
- Oversee all aspects of the Study Abroad & Services, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- Attend walk-ins and Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of the queries related to Study Abroad solutions.
- Provide professional Guidance in Counselling, Admissions, Case study and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.
- Participate in Company Seminars and other events for promotion activities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be a graduate in any stream

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
