**Working Timing**:

- 8:45 am to 6:30 pm

**Job Responsibilities -**
- **Cleaning**: Keep the office clean and tidy, including the pantry, washrooms, and kitchen
- **Filing**: Help with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- **Greeting visitors**: Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- **Serving tea and coffee**: Serve tea and coffee to staff and visitors
- **Disposal of waste**: Dispose of trash, waste, and other disposable material
- **Coordinating maintenance**: Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment
- **Maintaining equipment**: Monitor equipment use and coordinate repairs
- **Ensuring security**: Ensure the security of office keys and documents
