The Front Office Associate is the first point of contact for guests entering the hotel. They provide a warm, welcoming, and efficient service to ensure a positive guest experience. This role involves handling check-ins and check-outs, managing guest inquiries, and coordinating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs. The Front Office Associate plays a key role in promoting guest satisfaction and maintaining the smooth operation of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Guest Check-In and Check-Out**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Verify guest information, assign rooms, and provide key cards.
- Assist with check-out procedures, process payments, and generate invoices.
- **Guest Services**:

- Respond to guest inquiries about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Offer assistance with reservations, transportation, or other services as required.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel’s policies, room rates, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure room readiness.
- Communicate any special guest requirements or concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with the coordination of group check-ins, event-related guest services, or VIP arrivals.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate guest information in the hotel’s reservation and property management system (PMS).
- Ensure all guest billing information is correct and process any adjustments as needed.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk area, ensuring all supplies and forms are stocked and ready.
- **Guest Experience**:

- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Upsell hotel services and amenities, such as upgrades, dining options, and spa services, where appropriate.
- Assist in ensuring guests are satisfied during their stay by addressing any concerns promptly.
- **Security & Safety**:

- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel security procedures.
- Monitor guest access to rooms and key cards to ensure security protocols are followed.
- Respond to emergencies or safety concerns and alert the appropriate personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in a customer service or hotel-related role is preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
- **Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- **Personal Qualities**:

- Friendly, approachable, and attentive to guest needs.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
