**Responsibilities**:

- Devise and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance the presence of our coding YouTube channel.
- Collaborate closely with content creators to produce engaging and informative videos.
- Analyze YouTube metrics, such as views, engagement, and subscriber growth, and derive valuable insights to optimize content and audience reach.
- Stay well-informed about the latest trends and features on YouTube, and leverage this knowledge to improve our channel's performance.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective social media strategies specifically for YouTube, with a focus on coding topics.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube's platform, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and connect with the coding community.
- Genuine passion for coding and technology, enabling you to understand the audience and tailor content to their needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background or experience in the tech industry or creating coding-related content.
- Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles and content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in utilizing social media management tools to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
