**Qualification**:
Minimum Bachelor's/Master's Degree. Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication / Media studies will be added on.

We are looking for Telugu Content Writers for a leading news website. This role requires an experienced individual with excellent judgment, news sense, hands-on editing and publishing skills with a result-oriented approach.

Should have Excellent and efficient writing and editing skills Proven work experience as a Content Writer or in a similar role A portfolio of published articles Knowledge of Content Management Systems and social media Basic technical knowledge and understanding of HTML and web publishing Knowledge of SEO and its guidelines and practices Familiarity with web traffic metrics, engagement metrics and all other general KPIs and KRIs of the website, SEO tools, keyword research tools, etc.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver the content on time. Attention to detail is a MUST Good organizational and time-management skills Desired Skills and Experience - Creative Content Writing, Content Strategy, Content Marketing, Editing Web Content, Writing, Blogging, Media Analysis, Social Media Web Content, Copywriting.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ideating, conceptualizing, researching and writing Engaging, Creative and Original Telugu Content (News, Feature Articles, Video Content, Movie Stories, Interview scripts, Program concepts & other content on the website)
- Creating, revising, editing, and proofreading text content.
- Summarizing and creating short news.
- Hands-on knowledge in social media, News Portals and Websites.
- Proofreading of the content to ensure contents are error-free and written as per the requirement to avoid copyright.
- Should ensure that article is presentable to increase simplicity and readability.

**Skills**:

- Passionate for writing political, business, sports, entertainment, technology, state, national, and international news.
- Experience in the relevant fields.
- **Should know WordPress and photoshop**
- Should be proficient in translation and summarization.
- Fluent in Telugu speaking and writing.
- Good speed in Telugu typing.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Hyderabad - 500082, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
