**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a **Telecaller** to actively recruit and onboard **at least 40 security guards per month**. If you have strong communication skills and are goal-oriented, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-growing security services company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a daily calling target and conversion rate.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the operations team.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets (minimum 40 hires/month).
- Provide daily/weekly reporting to the recruitment supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, recruitment, or telesales preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly hiring targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Language proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, and basic English is preferred.
