We are hiring for IT Helpdesk
- Experience - Having 2 years experience with networking and server environments and ideally have experience in a Managed Service Provider help desk environment to answer calls and tickets to assist our clients
- Salary - 30k to 35k
- Work Location - From Home
- Shift timings - Night Shift
- Technical Skills Required - Microsoft Windows serve installation and configuration, Virtual environments : Hyper-V and VMware, Active directory, DHCP, DNS, etc, Troubleshooting skills, Office 365 / SharePoint / Azure, Familiar with different types of firewalls, Network troubleshooting skills, Network cabling
- Qualification - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to manage a project from start to finish, Multitask and prioritize in a fast - paced environment.
