Key Responsibilities:
'¢ Handle inbound customer queries related to pharmacy products and services.

'¢ Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.

'¢ Maintain customer records and update the system with interaction details.

'¢ Ensure quality service and adhere to company guidelines.

'¢ Work in coordination with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

'¢ Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction.

**Required Skills**:
Average verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum 12th pass (HSC) or Undergraduate (UG) in any discipline.

Experience: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
