**Job Description: Dermatologist for SkinOcare**

**Position**: Dermatologist
**Location**: Bangalore
**Employment Type**: Full-time/Part-time
**Reports To**: Medical Director

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Services**:

- Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers.
- Perform skin examinations, biopsies, and other diagnostic tests.
- Provide medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services.
- Administer treatments such as laser therapy, chemical peels, and injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers).
- **Patient Care**:

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient’s needs and conditions.
- Educate patients on skin care routines, prevention strategies, and treatment options.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all patients.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and provide compassionate care.
- **Collaboration and Leadership**:

- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in clinic meetings, case discussions, and continuous education activities.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, including nurses and medical assistants.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology and integrate new techniques into practice.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including community outreach and educational seminars.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a dermatology residency program.
- Board certification in dermatology.
- Valid medical license to practice in [Specify Location].
- Proven experience in clinical and cosmetic dermatology.
- Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Fellowship training in a dermatology subspecialty (e.g., Mohs surgery, pediatric dermatology).
- Experience with advanced dermatological procedures and technologies.
- Participation in dermatology-related research and publications.
