- Food requisitions: Helping chefs make food requisitions
- Hygiene: Keeping work areas clean and hygienic according to hotel rules
- Food waste: Controlling food waste in their section
- Menu specifications: Working according to menu specifications
- Quality: Ensuring high standards and consistent quality in daily preparation
- New products: Keeping up to date with new products, recipes, and preparation techniques
- Coordination: Coordinating and participating with other sections on requirements and cleanliness

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
