**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families.
- Provide information about academic programs, admissions requirements, financial aid, campus life, and career outcomes.
- Conduct interviews and participate in admission committee discussions.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, high schools, and recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective students in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials.
- Assist with campus visit programs, open houses, and virtual tours.
- Track and report on recruitment and admission metrics.
- Stay current with higher education trends and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions, student services, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Slate, Salesforce).
- Customer service-oriented with a high level of professionalism.
