**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve business goals (traffic, leads, conversions, etc.).
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify opportunities and create compelling ad copies.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective performance.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance for internal and client reviews.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other related tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating ad copies and client interactions.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization techniques.
- Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
