**Role Overview**

As a **Creative Copywriter - Copy & Campaigns**, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy, conceptualizing creative campaigns, and writing for diverse platforms. Your work will directly impact the success of our social media initiatives, digital ads, DVCs, and other content-driven projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Campaign Ideation**:

- Brainstorm and develop innovative campaign ideas for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to conceptualize 360° campaigns.
- **2. Copywriting**:

- Craft engaging captions, taglines, and long-form content as required.
- **3. DVC Development**:

- Write scripts for digital video campaigns (DVCs) that align with client objectives and creative strategies.
- **4. Content Optimization**:

- Ensure all copy is aligned with brand tone, messaging, and target audience needs.
- Optimize content for different digital platforms to maximize engagement and performance.
- **5. Collaborative Contribution**:

- Work closely with creative teams to ensure seamless execution of ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing out-of-the-box ideas for client projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in copywriting or content creation, preferably in a digital or advertising agency.
- **Writing Expertise**: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- **Campaign Knowledge**: Proven experience in ideating and executing campaigns for digital platforms.
- **Creativity**: Strong conceptual thinking with a knack for innovative and engaging ideas.
- **Digital Savvy**: Understanding of social media trends, audience behaviors, and platform-specific requirements.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
