**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Hire Type: FTE**

**Notice Period: Immediate to 90 days
**Role Description**

Vlocity Architects goal is to deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems. Our Architects play a key role in determining the optimal use of the Vlocity product in the customer environment.

Your responsibility will be to align the customers requirements to the Vlocity functionality and to construct a development plan that will deliver the desired solution.

**Qualifications**
- Have 5+ years experience of working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile / Scrum development techniques.
- Have a proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations.
- Good to have telecommunications domain Not Mandatory.

**Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of key processes in industry-specific CRM solutions (e.g. Quote to Order, MACD, Policy Management)
- Project Management and Process modelling tools and best practices
- Systems analysis and design

**Desired Certifications / Qualifications**:

- Salesforce and Vlocity Certifications.
