**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage all stock and inventory operations within the factory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to streamline inventory processes.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
- Use Tally software for accounting and inventory management.
- Generate and analyse inventory and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory and accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inventory management and accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must have a bike for commuting between the factory and office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to stay at the factory premises as needed.
