**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Develop brand-specific graphics and maintain consistency across all design elements.
- Work with the marketing team to create visuals that effectively communicate brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Prepare files for print production, ensuring color accuracy and high-quality output.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw video footage to create polished final products for various digital platforms, including YouTube, social media, and corporate presentations.
- Collaborate with content creators to conceptualize and produce video content that aligns with the overall creative vision.
- Add motion graphics, visual effects, sound effects, and music to enhance the videos.
- Ensure videos meet technical specifications and optimize them for web and mobile viewing.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new concepts for graphic and video content.
- Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and make revisions as needed.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to consistently bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Communicate progress and challenges with relevant team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized files and assets for efficient workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of video production, from pre-production to post-production.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
