Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about our veterinary services, grooming, creche, and pet supplies.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries regarding our offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Generate leads for appointments and follow up with clients to confirm bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our database.
- **NO TARGETS** Enjoy a pressure-free work environment focused on customer satisfaction rather than sales quotas.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Stay informed about our services and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred but not required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Passion for animals and a basic understanding of pet care is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
