**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities**

**>Conduct outbound calls and follow-up calls daily to prospective students and parents, addressing inquiries and providing detailed course information.**

**>Counsel students on the various courses and programs available, matching options to their academic goals and career interests.**

**>Engage with leads effectively and maintain a record of follow-ups, interactions, and progress within the CRM system.**

**>Build a rapport with students, actively listen to their concerns, and use empathy to guide them through the decision-making process.**

**>Track leads, monitor engagement, and continuously follow up to ensure a high conversion rate.**

**Qualifications**:
**>Proven experience in a counseling or sales role, preferably within the education sector.**

**>Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.**

**>Strong listening skills, empathy, and a persuasive yet respectful approach to counseling.**

**>Experience with CRM tools and lead management.**

**>Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet enrollment goals and deadlines.**

**Preferred Skills**:
**>Familiarity with the education sector and college admissions processes.**

**>Prior experience with outbound calling and lead conversion.**

**>Certification in counseling or guidance (preferred but not required).**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
