**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed 3D models from sketches, specifications, and technical data provided by engineers, architects, and designers.
- Create 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations to support project presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure that 3D models meet all design specifications and project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including material lists, assembly instructions, and part drawings.
- Review and revise 3D models based on feedback from project teams or changes in project scope.
- Maintain organized CAD files and ensure that all models are up-to-date and accessible to the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in 3D drafting.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Associate’s degree or certification in Drafting, CAD Technology, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in 3D drafting, preferably.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD 3D, Revit).
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing 3D models.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve design and modeling challenges.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
