**Job description**
The PPIC Officer is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production and inventory processes to ensure optimal resource utilization, cost control, and timely delivery of goods. This role ensures that production runs smoothly, aligns with demand forecasts, and maintains an efficient supply chain.
**Production Planning**
- Develop and implement production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Monitor production progress to ensure adherence to plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with production teams to address any deviations or delays in schedules.
- Analyze and optimize production capacities to meet operational goals.
**Inventory Control**
- Manage inventory levels to minimize overstocking and stockouts while maintaining safety stock levels.
- Monitor and evaluate inventory turnover rates and storage efficiency.
- Ensure accurate inventory records through regular audits and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
**Demand and Supply Coordination**
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production plans with market demand.
- Forecast material requirements and ensure alignment with supply chain planning.
- Maintain communication with suppliers to resolve material shortages or quality issues.
**Process Improvement**
- Analyze current PPIC processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement tools and technologies to enhance production planning and inventory management.
- Lead initiatives to reduce waste, optimize resources, and improve efficiency.
**Reporting and Documentation**
- Prepare and present periodic reports on production performance, inventory status, and capacity utilization.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for PPIC activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
**Qualifications Educational Requirements**
- B.Pharma,
- M.Pharma
**Experience**
- 4-5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in Pharma ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

- On-time delivery rate.
- Inventory turnover ratio.
- Production schedule adherence.
- Material wastage percentage.
- Stock accuracy during audits.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
