**Job Description**:
- Drive Business Development within Automotive industry for the Sustainability domain with our existing clients, as well as by winning new clients
- Responsible for responding to RFI/RFPs, preparing proactive pitches, solutioning and planning for project deliveries
- Lead and deliver Sustainability advisory projects, and demonstrate value to our clients. Be vigilant to identify opportunities for project extensions, or for new projects
- Prepare comprehensive recommendations and action plans for accounts
- Collaborate with cross functional teams across India and Global Invent
- Develop and demonstrate thought leadership via authoring points of view, white papers, etc.
**Primary Skills**:
- 10-15 years experience, of which majority has been working directly in Auto OEMs/Tier 1’s. Consulting experience is valued
- Must have a strong understanding of, and hands-on experience of driving Circularity via new business models, waste reduction, recycling, etc.
- Ability to quickly absorb complex concepts and frameworks, and effectively and simply articulate these to client or internal stakeholders
- Self driven and entrepreneurial, keen to develop and grow new business
**Secondary Skills**:
- Strong program management skills, particularly in complex international set-up
- Ability to network with, and influence stakeholders at a leadership level
- Master’s degree in Management, Engineering or related disciplines
