We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As an ICU RMO, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical care to critically ill patients under the supervision of senior medical staff. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide round-the-clock medical care to critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
- Assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including consultants, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and arterial line insertion as required.
- Participate in medical emergency responses and code blue situations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Stay updated with advances in critical care medicine and participate in continuous education and training activities.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Full registration with the Medical Board of [Insert Country/Region].
- Prior experience working in an intensive care unit or critical care setting preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care with empathy and compassion.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
