Work Location: Jasola, Delhi
**Required Skills**:
- As IT- Administrator, to managing corporate LAN consisting of servers, client workstation, printers in windows xp, Vista, windows 7, windows 8, windows 10 & windows server 2008 environment.
- Administrating and Monitoring ADS (windows server 2008/2003)
- Configuring and managing DHCP Server
- Managing Hyper-V environment
- All windows system administration duties such as creating, maintaining, implementing and troubleshooting, domain architecture, firewall, user accounts, computer accounts printer objects, group, group policies and backups.
- Installation configured and supported all company utilized software, troubleshoot operating system issues, hardware issues, and network connectivity problem over a windows XP/2000/2003/2008/Windows 10/Windows11, networked environment.
- Providing full servers and Network support on windows 2003/2008 server, file server, Terminal services, printer servers and desktops.
- Responsible for monitoring ERP, Preparation of different reports as per the end users & Management requirement. Also involved in the negotiation & purchase of computer & computer related peripherals.
- Deploying security and system updated.
- Managing company DVRs
- Manage information technology and computer systems.
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
