**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented **Junior Executive - Accounts (Off-Roll)** to support daily accounting tasks, documentation, and statutory compliance. This position is off-roll and will be managed through a third-party payroll.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions
- Handle data entry for vouchers, receipts, and payments in Tally/Zoho
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries
- Support monthly bank reconciliation processes
- Help in preparing and organizing bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data preparation
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely document submission
- Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for audit and compliance purposes

**Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com or related degree
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with internship experience may also apply)
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and statutory norms
- Good MS Excel and documentation skills

**Key Skills**:

- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Basic understanding of tax and compliance procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills

**Additional Information**:

- This is an off-roll position managed through a third-party agency
- Performance will be reviewed periodically for possible internal opportunities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
