**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and create visually appealing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure an optimal viewing experience across various devices.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our websites.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for website improvements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Optimize web graphics and other elements for faster loading times.
- Maintain and update existing websites as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive and mobile design.
- Creative and detail-oriented with excellent visual design skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of relevant web design experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
