**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Concept Development**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and develop concepts that align with the brand's vision.
- Brainstorm and ideate unique motion graphic and animation solutions.

**2. Design and Animation**:

- Create high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for a variety of media.
- Design storyboards to visualize the animation sequences.
- Develop illustrations, icons, and other graphic elements as needed.

**3. Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize industry-standard software such as **Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, **and other relevant tools.
- Maintain knowledge of new software and techniques to improve quality and efficiency.

**4. Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, producers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.

**5. Quality Control**:

- Review and edit animations and graphics to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Provide and incorporate feedback during the revision process.

**6. Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all animations and graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and media.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer/2D Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Experience in creating Motion graphic videos and promo videos for digital platforms, advertisements, and social media.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (**After Effects**, **Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).**:

- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and colour theory.
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
