Key Responsibilities:

- Observe and assess children’s behavior, emotions, and social development.
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling to children who may need emotional or behavioral support.
- Collaborate with teachers to design and implement classroom strategies that promote positive behavior.
- Guide and counsel parents on age-appropriate emotional and social development.
- Conduct workshops for staff and parents on child psychology, behavior management, and early intervention.
- Identify any developmental delays or concerns and refer to specialists if needed.
- Maintain documentation of sessions and track progress over time.
- Support school-wide well-being and mental health initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology / Child Development / Counseling or related field.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with young children and create a safe, trusting space.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and behavioral interventions.
- Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive.
