**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Promote and sell** Sarvacharya Education's courses, programs, and services to Coaching Industry, Schools, and Colleges
- Generate **leads through cold calling, networking, and online marketing** efforts.
- Build and maintain strong **relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions**.
- Meet and exceed **monthly and quarterly sales targets**.
- Organize **webinars, workshops, and promotional events** to increase brand awareness and student engagement.
- Maintain and update a **CRM database** to track leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Provide **regular reports** on sales performance and market trends.
- Stay updated with **educational trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in sales, business development, or educational counseling.
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**.
- Ability to **understand student needs** and suggest appropriate educational solutions.
- Self-motivated with a **results-driven approach**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and CRM software.
- Fluency in **[Specify Languages as Required, e.g., English & Hindi]**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **education sales, EdTech, or academic counseling**.
