
Telecaller / Telesales Executive (Real Estate Industry)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Telecalling**: Reach out to potential customers through calls, introduce them to real estate services, and generate leads.
- **Telesales**: Engage with prospective clients to promote and sell real estate properties, handling queries and guiding clients through the buying process.
- **Customer Support**: Provide information about property options, negotiate pricing, and follow up with leads to ensure closure.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- **Client Interaction**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Must be fluent in **English**, **Hindi**, and **Marathi** (both written and verbal).
- **Gender**: Open to all genders.
- **Other Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
**Working Hours**:
- Full-time position with flexible hours.
