**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- **Client Interaction**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for web development, software solutions, and related services.
- **Proposal Creation**: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the IT sector.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and maintain long-term relationships.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT services, web development, or software development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
