**Job Summary**
To provide an efficient, accurate, responsive and professional Payroll deliverables to our clients
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Joining Formalities, Exit Formalities, Back ground verification(Employee Life Cycle Management)
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately to meet agreed deadlines
- Monitoring and complete management of Attendance
- Tracking of employees leave balance and keep it updated in the system as per the policy.
- Maintaining personal files with all required documents of employees as per the checklist.
- Follow strict non-disclosure policy set by the company
- Prepare full & final settlements considering both statutory compliance and client policies
- Work closely with client personnel to ensure timely deliverables
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Graduate: Preferably in Commerce, Taxation or Payroll
- Minimum experience of 2 years in specific HR process role
- Clear understanding of Payroll processes and compliance associated
- Should be **Very Good **at Microsoft Excel
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
