
Export Documentation Executive

Job Summary
- Making Invoices and packing list, GSP, certificate of origin
- Coordinate with CHA for getting the carting order
- Coordinate with the forwarder to plan the container stuffing
- Have knowledge of L/C
- Responsible for Execution of Shipments
- Preparation of Export Documents (Pre and Post Shipment Documents)
- Co-ordination with the suppliers and shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities
- Prepare all Exports documents (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Country of origin certificate, Free trade agreement etc.)
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Have a complete knowledge to dispatch the goods from factory to port
Making each and every documents which is required to send the goods from factory to port
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Have atleast 2-3years experience in the same field
Minimum graduate in any stream
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Should be Graduate / Post Graduate with good communication skills in English and Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
