We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ISIM Trainer to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, tailored to various audiences such as system administrators, security analysts, and end-users.
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and reinforcing key concepts.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in ISIM, incorporating new features and enhancements into training materials and curriculum.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously refine training programs to improve outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training and consulting, preferably in the cybersecurity or identity management industry.
- Proficiency in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), with hands-on experience in configuration, administration, and deployment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience developing training materials and curriculum, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Security Identity Manager V7.0/V8.0 are a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week
