**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Greet customers warmly and ascertain the purpose of their visit.

2. Provide information about Bajaj two-wheeler products, services, and promotions.

3. Assist customers in selecting the right two-wheeler based on their requirements.

4. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

5. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any unresolved issues.

6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

7. Coordinate with the service department for scheduling service appointments and addressing service-related queries.

8. Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.

9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer service objectives.

10. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.

**Requirements**:
2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

5. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Familiarity with Bajaj two-wheeler products and services is advantageous.

7. Proficiency in computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.

8. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
