We are looking for a **Hostel warden / Dorm Parent** for International Schools in Thrissur, Kerala to assist and supervise the dormitory activities.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Must have **5+ years of experience** in handling school dormitory activities
- Orients new students and assists in their integration into dormitory life.
- Supervises dormitory activities.
- Support remedial or corrective actions and assists students in making better adjustments and in planning intelligent life goals.
- Initiates and conducts group meetings with residents to discuss policies of the dormitory related to sleeping areas, social and recreational activities and general dormitory living.
- Investigates reports of misconduct and attempts to resolve or eliminate causes of conflict.
