**Civil quality engineer required experience handle with civil and mechanical activities for Solar Project.**
**( 07 to 10 years with min. 5 years in relevant field experience)**

**A. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF TPI**

**i. Common Activities**

a. Ensure Field Quality Inspection at site are performed by TPI on day-to-day basis against the activity executed by project.

b. lnspect the quality of materials and equipment received/used in the construction as per FQP and further raise the complaint if any defects is found.

c. Ensure construction is being undertaken to appropriate quality standards, i.e., according to the HFE Approved drawings & HFE approved FQP,
to the extent possibly highlight any deviations from permitted conditions.

a. Preparation of daily (Mailer Report) site Quality monitoring reports covering current construction quality status, deviations from approved drawings/
documents, proposed remedial measures, Trainings, Inspected Incoming Materials.

b. Conducting Quality review meeting with contractor in coordination with site lncharge & Execution team for closure of Major NCs on every Friday of the week.

c. Monitor/Witnessing the tests carried out at site by execution team.

d. Interface and co-ordinate all activities further to monitor the plant testing from initial synchronization of the unit through all performance testing.

e. Highlight the technical issues as they occur and advise on their actual or potential impact.

Conducting On job Trainings/QTBT at site on construction activities of the projects in coordination with Site lncharge as per Training calender.

;. Conducting FIRST OFF with contractor and proper documentation sign off.

k. Maintain the site reports/Test certificates received/prepared at site in a proper file format.

Maintain the revised drawings for inspecting the work activiities.

m. Quality of In-coming material to be checked physically at site after receiving, verify the compliances shared by Mfg
against the NC rasied during the inspection are satisfactory or not.

n. Ensuring all the pre-requisite approved documents i.e., Approved drawings check lists, RFI, FQP, SOP's, work methodology,
related standard code etc. are available with concerned site team/contractor at site.

0. Verification of all RFls raised by site team/contractor and ensuring appropriate RFI no. are raised as per RFI tracker.

p. Consistently guide/ train contractor to raise RFI throughout the project as per RFI the tracker to avoid accumulation at end of project.

q. Updating of RFI tracker and to circulate the tracker to reporting Managers on daily basis.

r. TPI shall carry a smart phone with him at site for inspection to run the app based QAQC software
“digiQC” with necessary trainings given by HFE QA team/software supporting team.

S. TPI shall collect the Manuals. Drawings etc shared with the equipment by OEM and handover during HOTO activities to PM.

t. NCR to be raised for those issue and instruction raised in DIGIQC, which are categorized as major and open for more than 24hrs.

t. TPI to ensure that the Quality Penalty Clauses are adhered and any deviation by contractor/EPC
team need to shared to HFE Quality with proper Documentation, reference pics.

**i. Civil Activities**

a. TPI shall monitor the Batching plant, quality assuarance of supply concrete and tests to be performed on incoming material Et concrete at inhouse lab.

b. TPI is responsible for storage & stacking of concrete raw materials for intake of accurate proportion of materials by batching plant.

c. TPI shall witness the calibration of testing equipments i.e., CTM, Batching plant, Ajax Fiori Concrete mixers, Rebound Hammer, UPVT equipment, lnclinometer.

d. TPI shall guide/provide support to contractor for the establishment of Civil Lab at site.

e. TPI shall provide trainings /FIRST OFF to contractor/ EPC team at site on the civil activties specified in Training calender.

f. TPI shall coordinate with site lncharge at site and witness all the test being performed on civil material.
