Plating Checker

A plating plant checker's job is to ensure the quality and adherence to specifications of plated products. Key Responsibilities:
Inspect plated parts:
Check for defects, such as poor adhesion, uneven coating, or discoloration, using visual inspection and potentially specialized tools.

Verify plating parameters:
Ensure that the plating process adheres to the required specifications, including metal type, thickness, and current density.

Maintain records:
Document inspection results, process parameters, and any issues encountered during the plating process.

Monitor equipment:
Observe the operation of plating equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly and safely.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues:
Identify and address any problems that arise during the plating process, collaborating with other team members if needed.

Adhere to safety regulations:
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines related to handling chemicals and operating equipment.

Collaborate with other departments:
Work with production, quality control, and engineering teams to ensure consistent product quality and process optimization.
