Achieving primary sales target. Achieving monthly collection target.
- Achieving Secondary sales order on regular basis. Daily market visit detail to be uploaded in “S” App.
- Retailers billing & management - All placement outlet to be billed month on month basis. Targeting retailers to increase volume sales from time to time. To ensure timely delivery of materials to retailers from distributors.
- For market visit adherence to permanent journey plan & route plan. **Building relationship with retailers, distributors, direct dealers, influencers viz Applicators, Contractors, Engineers. Attending & resolving customer complaints with the local team & Head Office.**:
- Prospecting & appointing NANOFIX STAR APPLICATORS from each retail outlet. (Min 2 applicators from each placement Outlet to be registered with the company)
- Collecting references of undergoing site from retail outlets as “LEAD” & register in Lead Generation Management (LGM) app.
- New Placement - New retailer addition for distribution expansion.
- Enrolment of retailers in secondary schemes, monthly / annually. Disbursement of schemes with submission of supporting at Head Office on time.
- Promotional activities - Planning, organizing, conducting counter meet / In shop meet. Formal meet, as per monthly plan.
- Collecting / gathering feedback from the market about NANOFIX (reasons of acceptance & rejection of products) & information on competition brands.
- Maintaining good product display in retail outlet. Responsible for merchandising with POSM materials.
- Collecting stock detail of distributors, Cement Direct Dealer (CDD), Tile Direct Dealer (TDD) in bucket wise (in every 10 days of the month). Collating secondary market outstanding detail jointly with the distributors/ CDDs & Cluster Head.
- Collecting references of potential distributors of competition brands & related companies in building materials space, for faster replacement of distributors or appointment of additional distributors.
- Settlement of claims of distributors, CDDs, TDDs jointly with Cluster Heads.
- Settlement of Applicators loyalty program, Annual Distributors’ scheme with the Cluster Head & Team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
