**Position: US Caller (International Voice Process)**

**Location**: Virar, Mumbai
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (On-site)
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 Year in US Calling or International Voice Process
**Compensation**: Hike on Current Package + Performance-Based Incentives
**Requirement**:US Accent is Mandatory**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to US clients and respond to inbound inquiries when needed
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information or solutions
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Meet daily and monthly call targets and KPIs
- Handle customer objections and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate client follow-ups
- Follow all communication scripts and compliance guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a US calling or international voice process role
- **Fluent English with a clear US accent (mandatory)**:

- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
