**Primary Responsibilities & Experience**:
**Core Oracle**:

- Experience with Oracle RDBMS Administration, Installation, Upgrade, Patching and Migration.
- Experience with doing database and schema refresh with logical backup like exp/imp and Expdp/Impdp.
- Experience with RMAN backup, restore and recovery.
- Experience on SQL Tuning with Indexes, also Knowledge of STATSPACK, AWR AND ADDM.
- Effective troubleshooting of database and performance problems.
- Involve project meetings and support from database point of view.
- Implement database change orders as per the schedule.
- As per the requirement co-ordinate with different teams like system administrators, Tape backup, Network team and etc.
- Experience in working with ASM and RAC.
- Knowledge with Oracle Goldengate.
- Document DB policies, procedures, and standards.
- Experience with standby databases.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux, Oracle Linux and Solaris basic administration.
- High Availability and Disaster Recovery set up.
- Knowledge in Shell scripting.
- Work with customers to take care of project specific and production issues Work with Internal audit team to provide audit related documentation.
- Document access management document.

**MS SQL**:

- Knowledge in SQL server Database Admin, Installation and Configuration on Azure and On-prem.
- Knowledge in Database Migration/Upgrade from On-prem to Azure SQL.
- Knowledge in Azure Synapse, Azure AD security, Vault, Backup, Restore.
- Technical guidance for the team and adaptability toward new tools and technologies.
- Excellent operational and documentation knowledge.
- Knowledge in Postgres SQL is plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related experience.
- Certified Oracle database administrator (any - Cloud preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive experience in database administration.
- Good communication in writing and speaking.
