Company Description

**Job Description**:

- Identify all Eligible property which qualify for utility activations.
- Identify the utility service provider who provider Electric, Gas and Water utility service to the property we manage.
- Contact the correct utility service provider and establish the Utility service under Altisource.
- Coordinate with internal and external stake holders to obtain the necessary documentation for Utility activations.
- Pay utility deposit as required.
- Track and pay monthly utility bills on time to avoid penalty payments.
- Deactivate the utility service once the property is sold
- Track and pay final bill on time.
- Complete HUD certification process.
- Initiate and complete the lien search process.
- Issue and review the preservation orders which are required for to complete utility activations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum graduate having 1-3 years’ experience in US real estate mortgage process.
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to communicate fluently
