1. **Design Development**:

- Create original têxtile designs that align with brand aesthetic and target market.
- Develop new patterns, motifs, and colorways using various techniques such as hand-drawing, digital illustration, and computer-aided design (CAD).

2. **Trend Research**:

- Stay updated on current fashion, color, and têxtile trends to inform design decisions.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and fashion shows to gather inspiration and insights.

3. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure designs meet product requirements and market needs.
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and quality execution.

4. **Color Matching and Separation**:

- Develop color palettes and ensure accurate color matching for production.
- Prepare designs for printing by creating color separations and repeat patterns.

5. **Sample Review and Approval**:

- Review têxtile samples for quality, color accuracy, and design integrity.
- Provide feedback and revisions as needed to achieve desired results.

6. **Documentation and Archiving**:

- Maintain organized records of design files, colorways, and production specifications.
- Archive and catalog completed designs for future reference and use.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
