**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**: Handle and grow our **Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms**.
**Content Creation & Editing**: Create engaging **videos, reels, and graphics** related to child education and tutoring.
**On-Site Video Shooting**: Visit **students' homes** to record learning moments, testimonials, and interactive videos.
**Creative Writing**: Write **captivating captions, engaging posts, and trending hashtags**.
**Analytics & Trends**: Track **engagement, reach, and performance** to improve content strategy.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with tutors and parents to highlight the success of our services.
**Brand Promotion**: Develop campaigns to increase awareness and attract new enrollments.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field**.
**Experience**: 1-3 years in **social media management, video editing, or content creation**.
**Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools**:

- Strong **video editing and content creation** skills
- Excellent understanding of **social media trends & algorithms**:

- Confident in **shooting videos at different locations**:

- Good communication and creativity
